Existing Building Measurement

Every project begins with an on-site measurement of the existing building. Partition walls, openings, structural elements and fixed services are measured and verified to produce accurate information for drawings, Revit models and construction documentation.

We measure on site using laser measuring equipment and conventional measuring tools where required.

BIM Modelling & CAD Documentation

Building information is modelled using Autodesk Revit to create accurate digital representations of existing, demolition, and proposed buildings. AutoCAD documentation can also be provided where required.

We draw complete, detailed plans so you can get approvals , get clear prices from contractors, and build on site without guessing.

Construction Documentation

Once construction is complete, site measurements are taken using laser measurement equipment, and photography to accurately record the completed building. This information is used to produce accurate as-built floor plans and 3D Revit models for future maintenance, renovations and project records.

The completed works are also be inspected against the original drawings to identify discrepancies, incomplete or damaged works, and other site issues. Findings are documented with photographs and clear reports, including the required corrective actions where applicable.
